Flat Fee Realty charges a simple, flat fee of $5,900 to list and sell your home—saving you thousands compared to the typical 2.5% commission. You’ll receive full-service support, including professional photos, targeted social media marketing, expert negotiations, and guidance every step of the way. It’s everything you expect from a traditional agent, without the high commission costs.

Our Buyers Rebate Program gives you up to 50% of the commission we earn when you purchase a property through us. Typical Buyer Agent commissions are 2.5% of the purchase price. You could receive half, it’s a great way to put money back in your pocket!

The amount you save depends on your home’s sale price, but on average, our clients save thousands of dollars compared to paying traditional commission rates. For example, if your home sells for $800,000, you could save $14,100. If you purchase a property for $800,000, you could receive $10,000 though the Buyers Rebate program.
